This year, the OSX was held at ExCeL London from 17th to 18th October 2018. The two-day conference brought to light a lot of problems and their solutions that businesses which are part of different industries face in this age of technological advancements. The event was focused on connecting ITO and BPO professionals.
The summit did not just bring together people from different walks of life by giving them a chance to mix and mingle, but also provided a platform for them to exhibit their skills and expertise and talk about some potential partnerships in future.
The attendees enjoyed listening to and participating in the informative guest speaker talks that took place over the course of the event. The session on Data Analytics and AI conducted by Anum Ajmal from Microsoft and a comprehensive discussion on Brexit presented by renowned journalist Robert Peston were some of our favourites.
