GoodCore selected as a Digital Services Framework provider for the BBC

We are thrilled to announce that GoodCore Software has successfully managed to secure a place on the Digital Services Framework IV for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). This framework commenced in October 2020 and will have an initial term of 24 months.

The Digital Services Framework represents an exciting opportunity for GoodCore to offer their bespoke software development services across the BBC’s digital portfolio comprising of Children and Education, News, Sport, Sounds, Home, iPlayer, and TV.

GoodCore Software has been selected to work on the following framework categories:

1) Web Application Development

Development and maintenance of the BBC’s existing web-based applications and building rich and dynamic new websites that are responsive and interactive

2) Mobile App Development

Creating user-friendly and interactive applications that are compatible with mobile and tablet devices using native iOS, Android, and hybrid application frameworks

3) Backend Development

Extending existing backend services and building new server-based services to power rich websites and applications, design databases, and implement APIs
