Through our highly scalable proprietary enterprise software, they have changed the way a large real estate agency runs, how information is gathered, analyzed and shared, and ultimately the quality of the consumer experience.

Project Details

The website is a major real-estate portal of Hong Kong and offers easily searching for properties for sale and lease. Users can make use of the powerful and quick searching functionality and informative property details pages to view, select, and inquire about properties of interest. Using Google Maps API, the street views of the properties was integrated right along with the rest of the property details.

With the top-notch UI design requirement being compatible across different versions of all major browsers, maintaining a quick response time for the pages was essential. To achieve this, Ajax was extensively used with several optimization techniques and some of the controls being custom designed like drop downs, combos and data paging controls for fast response/load time. Several other Ajax controls were used to cater the rich UI requirements like Slide shows, image viewers, jQuery popups, animated accordion controls, and custom data paging controls. On the server side, ASP.NET was used for web application development.

The website also have integration with social media websites like Twitter, Facebook, Google Maps API for Maps and Street views and a third party chat system for support.
