Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) is the largest electricity utility company in Malaysia. Listed on the Main Board of Malaysia stock exchange with almost RM 99.03 billion (GBP 18.5 billion) in assets, the Company’s more than 34,900 employees serve an estimated 8.4 million customers in Malaysia. TNB’s core businesses are in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.
The impactful mobile app allows TNB staff to report faults and lodge complaints on the go, when they observe any fault in an equipment/asset. The aim of this app is to make it as easy as possible for the user to submit complaints. The app also allows the users to submit pictures either directly capturing the picture or selecting one from the phone's gallery. This mobile app is optimized to be used on Android and iOS mobile phones being native app for each platform.
