Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of test cases and test plans based on product requirements.
• Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with QA team members and developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test strategies and plans.
• Learn and apply various QA methodologies and tools under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA/testing concepts.
• Familiarity with test case creation, bug reporting, and testing techniques.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of a QA internship or training program.
• Exposure to any bug tracking or test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Knowledge of basic SQL and/or scripting languages.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
